When packing transparent powder, it should be packed in cartons lined with double polyethylene plastic bags. The net weight of each carton is 15kg. The transparent powder shall be stored in a ventilated, dry and clean room with temperature lower than 30 ℃. It shall not be close to the fire source, heat source, direct sunlight, and shall not be stacked in the open air. Under this condition, the transparent powder can be stored stably for 12 months. If the storage period is over, it can be inspected again. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used.

In the application of transparent powder spraying, we should pay attention to the clean environment, because such products are very easy to pollute. And transparent powder coating is a non-toxic product, but in the process of use should avoid inhalation of dust. It is suggested that operators should wear appropriate dust masks and glasses, avoid long-term contact between skin and transparent powder coating, and wash the coating attached to skin with soap.
